Tasks

• Monitoring of incoming orders in the SAP system of Airbus Aerostructures GmbH
• Daily control of new incoming orders and errors when entering customer orders as sales orders in the SAP system to ensure data integrity
• Clarifying the causes of errors in the automatic processing of orders and checking relevant (master) data for error-free creation of customer orders
• Creation of KPIs and reports to monitor automatic incoming orders for effective performance analysis
• Writing training documents and training employees to process sales master data

• Creating concepts to improve order entry processes and supporting the implementation, including IT modifications and change management

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering or business administration
• Experience as an SAP key user and/or in SAP data management, preferably in the SAP SD module (Sales and Distribution)
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and specialized knowledge of SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union
