Tasks

  • Dedicated involvement in procurement activities to ensure efficient and effective supply of materials
  • Management of tender submissions and contract negotiations to achieve optimal purchasing conditions
  • Continuous monitoring and management of contractual relationships in all phases (innovation, development, series production, support)
  • Daily management of relationships with suppliers and active cooperation in ongoing projects
  • Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams (MFT/MDT) during the tender and award phase and throughout the entire contract period

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a technical degree program
  • Several years of professional experience in construction, purchasing, project management and project management
  • Extensive experience in the management and successful implementation of complex projects as well as a broad understanding of technical and economic processes
  • Experience with Google Workspace and the ability to efficiently use modern office software and digital tools to optimise work processes
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
