Tasks

  • Development of location-specific and cross-location concepts and processes for vocational training
  • Responsibility for demand planning, recruiting, training marketing and digitalisation to attract qualified candidates
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of the application process for efficient candidate selection
  • Supporting and advising the specialist departments on the subject of training
  • Organisation and implementation of recruiting events and trade fair appearances to attract talented junior staff
  • Collaboration in related HR projects for the continuous improvement of personnel development and recruitment

Qualification

  • Completed studies in psychology, social sciences, business administration or economics
  • Alternatively, completed vocational training as a human resources manager with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, human resources, public relations, communications management and secretarial services/assistance
  • Detailed specialised knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent German and basic English skills
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
