Tasks

  • Designing and optimising manufacturing processes
  • Creating and updating work plans and instructions and developing innovative manufacturing concepts
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing environment by initiating feedback loops and adapting to design requirements
  • Responsibility for the integrated manufacturing dossier (includes all resources for the production site, technical information, quality control, maintenance tasks and occupational safety specifications)
  • Review and validation of engineering dossiers
  • Participation in daily production rounds and close coordination with manufacturing and technical support teams
  • Definition of requirements for tools and machines for industrial development and responsibility for their successful introduction into the production environment

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
  • First professional experience in manufacturing/production, design, line side support and project management
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills for the successful implementation of projects
  • Basic knowledge of change management, lean management and process management
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
