Tasks

• Ensuring product quality during aircraft production through technical inspections at the manufacturing plant
• Release of components for the further production process (construction deviation management) in the aviation sector
• Creating, tracking and closing non-conformities such as construction deviations and complaint sheets and carrying out trouble shooting
• Technical instructions in the quality area for production employees and supervision of authorised inspection personnel
• Training and familiarisation of new authorised inspectors in the aviation sector as well as determination and acceptance of work samples
• Implementation and visualisation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities and analysis of quality problems using PPS methods for problem solving in the aviation industry

Qualification

• Completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in aerospace and quality assurance
• Good knowledge of lean management
• Prior qualifications required: Packages 3.1 and 4
• Experience in aerostructures or metal construction required
• In-depth user knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Existing work permit for the EU
