Conducting contract negotiations, proposal preparation and proactive customer management
Organising the recruitment of specialists, implementing personnel marketing campaigns and individual employee support
Ideally a degree in engineering
Practical experience in business administration and/or engineering, in team management and in a production environment
Aviation knowledge, especially in the field of helicopters (an advantage for military programmes)
Expertise with aviation standards such as DO-160, CS-29 and others
Business fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
Flexibility for travelling within Germany
Existing work permit within the EU
