Aufgaben

• Supporting the HR Business Partner with administrative activities, taking into account the labour law framework and company agreements
• Advising line managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Realisation of reports
• Consolidation of national and international HR campaigns

Profil

• Completed studies in the field of law, business administration, economics or with a focus on human resources
• Alternatively, successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or HR clerk with many years of professional experience or specialising in HR
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of HR business partner, personnel processing and human resources
• Detailed user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
