Developing and optimising temporary solutions to ensure production rates and process auditability
Active participation in short-term improvement measures such as area management and development of upper capacity limit buffers
Analysing existing KPIs to correct deviations in material flows at an early stage
Leading measure failure teams (MFTs) as part of the improvement initiatives
Effective stakeholder management, including suppliers and internal and external customers
